1 REP MAX (1RM) stands for One Repetition Maximum, which is the maximum amount of weight you can lift for a single repetition of a given exercise with proper form. It is often used as a benchmark to measure strength and to tailor workout programs.
You can manually enter it in the app: on your chosen training day, go to "Workout Details." For exercises with weights, you’ll see a notes icon. Click on it, and you’ll be able to fill in your 1 Rep Max.
You can find information on how to determine your 1RM by tapping "How to choose the weight of the equipment?" located below the equipment information in your workout. ❤️
